My husband (Luwelen) and myself joined View Church in 2011, we felt so at home and wanted to serve in all areas of the church. We both serve in Proxy and I’m serving at ViewKidz also…. We have 3 kids and we want to raise them the way God wants us to.

So here goes my story:

In April this year, I got very sick I was diagnosed with double pneumonia, then the doctors thought I might have cancer because I was coughing up blood like “crazy”. It was so scary and I didn’t know what to think and how to act….

After numerous tests and x-rays the conclusion was that I have TB…. Shocked at first, I was admitted to hospital my doctor started treatment ASAP! It felt like God send Angels of Doctor’s my way because the treatment I received was so good and felt so loved.

Prayers immediately went out for me, yet I was scared and didn’t want to question God because He knew my heart. I continued to cough up blood and it felt like a vein in my throat had burst, that’s how bad the blood flow was. I was crying, and had sleepless nights, then I thought well this is not going to help me. I need to trust God because He CAN heal, He Forgives and MY GOD REIGNS!!

At the time the worship team had a new song to learn. As much as I love singing I knew this song was my healing song: IN JESUS NAME just to Declare that God is my Healer.

Every day I declared and sang these words, believing.

I will live, I will not die
The resurrection power of Christ
Alive in me and I am free
In Jesus’ Name

I will declare and lift You high,
Christ revealed and I am healed
In Jesus’ Name, in Jesus’ Name
In Jesus’ Name, in Jesus’ Name

I received treatment for 6 months since April – Sept., today I am free from the bacteria and my tests all are negative and I feel Great!!

We are so grateful to God, our families and our LG members for their prayers.

I am so amped for God and want to just praise Him and magnify His Holy Name with everything that is in me.
